Great service throughout

I approached IMS as I had a 33% hike in fees in two years from Worldpay. I don’t deal with cold callers. Brilliant 5 Star Company Sometimes you just stumble across a company which is absolutely brilliant and Independent Merchant Services is one of those. We have struggled for 7 months to find a Payment Provider that would service our company’s unique demands of small volume but very high transaction credit card amount. We must have been though 6 different payment providers and numerous emails and phone calls and constantly been rejected. Independent Merchant Services achieved it in 5 days for us. They really are a 5* and ‘must go to’ company!

Good personnel and good systems

Gavin was extremely helpful throughout the process of assessing my companies payment needs across web, telephone and terminals. He took the time to explain lots of terminology to me, and he laid out pricing and options with different providers in a very transparent and comparable way. He was there for advice along the way, as I negotiated between providers, and helped us get a great outcome that will be at least a 50% saving vs our previous package. Would recommend highly.

Excellent, jargon-lite advice!

I had already done some research before contacting IMS about card processing providers and thought I knew what might be the best option.

Roger was great, talked me through some options without too much jargon and took on board my comments and concerns.
