We appreciate many people want instant quotes but there are several factors that need to be discussed and confirmed first. It saves so much time doing this over the phone and it will enable us to find you the best solution and most competitive rates for your unique business.
If you speak to us once you will avoid having to speak to multiple providers and give the same information over and over again.
We should be able to give indicative rates on this first call and also give general advice on which providers we’d recommend for you and which to avoid. We’ll then follow up by email with the best rates we’ve secured for your business.
We will ask you questions to get an understanding of your business, your current set-up, the card payments currently or expected to be received in a typical month (volume, ave value, type etc) and payment requirements for the future.
Your answers may trigger other questions from us so it is much quicker to do that over a quick call than via email or on a form.
